  • Main Body Fabric: 220–240 GSM Premium Interlock Knit Polyester or Heavyweight Warp-Knit Mesh. This fabric offers an authentic structure while providing excellent airflow and breathability.

  • Alternative Sublimation Fabric: 180–200 GSM Lightweight Micro-Mesh Polyester (for fast-pitch, youth, or high-heat regional tournaments).

  • Construction Details:

    • Full-Button Front: Pro-style design with spacing optimized to fit chest team logos neatly across the placket. Buttons are cross-stitched and reinforced.

    • Ergonomic Set-in or Raglan Sleeves: Keeps shoulder seams out of the way of a player’s throwing mechanics.

1. Traditional Tackle Twill (Premium 3D Look)

High-density polyester twill fabric shapes are zigzag embroidered directly onto the jersey. This delivers the premium, classic look used by professional, collegiate, and elite travel ball clubs for team scripts, chest text, and back numbers.

2. Full Dye Sublimation (Modern Print)

Designs, pinstripes, gradients, and logos are fused directly into the polyester fibers. This creates a lightweight, completely smooth jersey surface where patterns will never crack, peel, or fade over time.

Care & Maintenance Instructions

Keep your uniform crisp, white, and free of infield stains with these care steps:

  • Stain Pre-treatment: Spray heavy mud, clay, or grass stains with a dedicated laundry pre-treater before washing.

  • Cycle: Machine wash cold, inside out, with a heavy-duty laundry detergent. Wash whites and colors separately.

  • Restrictions: Never use chlorine bleach on elastic elements or sublimated colors. Do not use fabric softeners, as they degrade the warp-knit polyester fibers and trap stains.

  • Drying: Hang dry for longevity, or tumble dry on Low Heat / Air Dry settings only. Do not iron directly onto tackle twill lettering or sublimated graphics.
